Our Promise

We want you to love your RASH INC pieces. If something is not right, we offer a straightforward return and refund process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date;
  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition;
  • In their original packaging, with any tags or pouches included.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@reshinc.site with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this may delay your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item or size is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help arranging an exchange, contact us and we will assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@reshinc.site with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
